Nose
A mosaic of aromas opens as the wine breathes: cassis, wild berries, ripe cherry and leather.
Palate
Polished, dry and medium-bodied, balancing fruit and earth. Velvety, with ripe cherry and plum, and the structure to age.
Winemaking
Traditional stainless steel with no barrel aging, to keep the fruit pure.
Pour it with
