No returns on alcohol: because our products are alcohol, we can't accept returns of opened or unopened bottles.

Damaged or corked bottles: if a bottle arrives broken, leaking or corked, text or email us a photo at (689) 263-2252 or orders@opencontainerwine.com. We'll replace it in our next weekly shipment. You don't need to send it back.

Refused or returned shipments: an adult 21 or older must sign for every delivery. Wine Club boxes that are refused or returned to us are handled under our Wine Club Membership and Cancellation Policy: you pay the return shipping plus a $25 restocking fee. For any other order that comes back to us, we'll contact you about reshipping it.
