Vinification: Traditional Stainless Steel, no barrel aging.

Nose: A mosaic of aromas unfold as the wine is aerated, revealing cassis, wild berriies, ripe cherries and leather.

Taste: A polished dry, medium bodied wine with an equilibrium between fruit, and earth. Velvetty on the palatte, with tons of ripe cherries, plums, well structured for aging.
