Open Container stands behind our products and takes pride in meeting our customers' needs. Returns/Credits can only be made if the wine or merchandise is returned to our warehouse in the same condition as when it left and is of current vintage. We will not refund shipping cost. For cash returns, a receipt must be provided showing that the purchase was made in cash.
